Feds Unveil more Details on Building Canada plan
The Federal Government has been putting the pieces
in place - signing framework agreements with British Columbia and Nova
Scotia already. A list of guidelines for the multi-billion dollar
"Building Canada" plan have come out, including a helpful "Frequently
Asked Questions" section.

Ontario has announced $120 billion to go towards highways, railways,
hospitals, schools and low-income housing.

Ontario municipalities can now apply for a share
of new provincial funding to fix roads, bridges, community centres and

Windy City's new Nickname:
The Soggy City
A 100-year-old, 3-foot iron pipe exploded
without warning earlier this month in Chicago. Municipal
officials said they "had no warning whatsoever. It was just a
blowout." The resulting sinkhole is going to shut down the
neighbourhood for months.
